Build a Basic House

Cost: 7pp

Houses serve as an ingame homes for characters. By default all characters have a basic tent with one person occupancy which, offers no in game bonuses or negatives. For each house level the player will gain more bonuses for their character as well as for the tribe. Be aware some upgrades also come with negatives so be sure to make sure before purchasing.

If the Tribe moves from its home tile and relocates, houses will be temporarily lost along with the bonuses they provide. Players are not required to repurchase their housing levels or other upgrades. Over time houses will automatically be rebuilt with bonuses and negatives slowly coming back into play.

Should a character join a family their character will be moved to the family household. Player's are then given the option to redeem their personal housing for Family Participation Points. Players or to hold onto their house in it's inactive state. Those houses held in their inactive state can be reactivated when a character leaves a family.

To find the details on a character's home go to their character card and click the House button.

Build a Basic Family Manor

Cost: 10 fpp

Family manors are the homes for ingame Families. The default family manor, the Family Encampment, offers they family space for 10 members and like it's single character counterpart, offers no positives and negatives. This manor will be unlocked for Family Head when they activate a family replacing their personal house.

Functioning similar to a personal house, mansions have a limited occupancy. When this occupancy is reached those members who are last to join a family will loose any bonuses and negatives. They family as a whole will also have a higher risk of becoming ill. Any character who joins the Family will take up residence in this household and will be given the option to redeem their personal house and it's upgrades for Family Participation Points.

If the Tribe relocates the Family Manor will temporarily become inactive as it is rebuilt piece by piece. Family Heads and Family Members are not responsible for paying for paying for the return of any upgrades.

To view a character's Housing details click the House button on their player card.

Character Insurance

Cost: 10pp/25pp/40pp

Character Insurance is designed to give your character a slim chance of surviving after being incapacitated in combat. It may be applied to only one character at a time and is only transferable in special situations, such as adopting an NPC. Each level of Character Insurance moves you up one injury chart and gives you a higher level of coming out of a battle without any permanent injuries.

Level 1: Still Standing, move up one injury chart
Level 2: Just A Flesh Wound, move up two injury charts
Level 3: Against the Odds, move up three injury charts

To purchase one of these levels of insurance send me a PM with the subject line "Character insurance" and include the character it's being applied to.
